Group Tours

Due to the high demand of large group tours, we unfortunately must limit the number of group tours we provide. We ask that tour groups are limited to 50 people, including any attending adults and chaperones. These tours must be scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Email the campus contact to make those reservations. Please allow 1 week for us to process your request. Do not solidify plans on your end until you have heard from us with a confirmation. We cannot process your request if it is made within 2 weeks of the desired tour date. Guided group tours are limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Guided Group Campus tours are not offered on observed holidays and during periods when classes are not in session. If you would like to purchase meals through our food services, you must contact our food service yourself and coordinate with them. Any other requests, more than just a guided tour, can be arranged and will be accommodated based on availability.

How to Visit

To accommodate more families during our busy times, we kindly ask that no more than two guests accompany each prospective student. You must register for the campus tour at least 2 days before the desired available tour date. Walk-in visitors are not guaranteed a guided tour. Those younger than 18 must attend the campus tour with an adult. Campus tours are not offered on observed holidays and during periods when classes are not in session.

To complete your Snow College experience, we recommend scheduling an Academic Advisement appointment and take an on-campus housing tour.
